Indigenous imagery on the Disability Gateway

We would like to acknowledge the Indigenous imagery on the Disability Gateway which was designed by Marcus Lee. Marcus is a gifted designer whose work over the last 30 years has touched millions of Australians. Born and raised in Darwin NT, Marcus is a descendant of the Karajarri people and is proud of his Aboriginal heritage. For the Disability Gateway, Marcus’s designs at the top and bottom of every page ‘symbolise connection to country and community for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and linking access to the Disability Gateway services. The circular rings flow across the country, enabling Australia wide assistance for all people with disability, their families and carers.’
